This concentrated cocktail enables the production of a sweet dark rhum-flavoured beer using Pablo’s Lager. This cocktail beer is characterised by the intense flavour and taste of barrel-aged dark rhum. The product’s sweetness enables the softening of the natural tartness of the beer and brings out the rhum flavours more intensely. The alcohol content of this sweet rhum beer is 6% v/v.
