This concentrated cocktail enables the production of a mojito-flavoured beer using Pablo’s Lager. This cocktail beer is characterised by intense citrus tartness that is well balanced by sweet notes and a flavour and taste of rhum, fresh mint and lime. The result is a pleasantly surprising product: a beer with all the characteristics of a mojito cocktail. The alcohol content of this mojito beer is 6% v/v.
