This natural beer flavour enables the production of an abbey-type top-fermented beer using Pablo’s Lager. This beer is characterised by a flowery, fruity and very slightly tart and sweet taste associated with this type of beer. The result is a beer with character that remains thirst-quenching and easy to drink. The alcohol content of this abbey-type beer is 5.6% v/v.
